PNB Recruitment 2024 : Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for Engagement as Apprentices under The Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended from time to time) in Punjab National Bank. Eligible Candidates may Apply Before Last Date.

The details of State /UT, Circle wise seats of apprentices is given below. The Bank shall have the right to allot any Circle within the State/UT for training, keeping in view the administrative / operational convenience.

Education Qualification

• Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 30.06.2024 and candidate must produce Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Degree Certificate issued from the University/ College/ Institute as and when required by the Bank.

The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.

Stipend / Benefit

• The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of one year.

Age Limit

• Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 30.06.2024 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 30.06.1996 and not later than 30.06.2004. Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
